Last Christmas Delivery Dates
- Ireland: December Wednesday 18th
We are not open through out Christmas, any orders placed after the 19th will be shipped on 2nd Jan . Happy Christmas to all xx
After these dates, orders can be accepted on MakesScents.ie but will not be shipped until January 2nd 2025
All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
The following section details how our customers can return goods purchased from the website shopping cart and how refunds are calculated dependent on the cause for return.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your fragrance, however if you need to return an item, or you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 calendar days of receiving.
If you have not received your order, please contact us and we'll check this out right away.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which we received the returned products. We will refund you on the method used by you to pay.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we feel has been made using any fraudulent methods including hacks or vulnerabilities in our systems due to interference from outside parties.
